The 64 sqm Couple Suite is a spacious option for two adults, with room for an infant in a baby cot. The décor uses blue-grey tones, toile de Jouy, a rattan headboard and artwork showing scenes of Mauritian life, giving the suite a clear connection to the island.
With 72 sqm of space, the Couple Junior Suite gives two adults a separate lounge alongside the sleeping area. There is also an integrated minibar and a terrace or balcony, making it a good choice for couples who want a little more room during their stay.
The 64 sqm Executive Seafront Adult Suite is for guests aged 18 and over and sits within the hotel’s adults-only beachfront wing. It suits couples who want to stay close to the coast, with the Indian Ocean directly in front of this part of the resort.
The 72 sqm Family Suite is designed for parents travelling with children or teenagers. Set within the tropical garden beside the Citron River, it has a separate living space that can be turned into a children’s bedroom, giving families more separation than the couple-focused suites.

A Tavola! serves traditional Italian dishes in a trattoria-style setting. The menu focuses on Italian cooking rather than pizza, giving guests a different choice from the hotel’s Asian, Mauritian and Mediterranean restaurants.
Ō is the hotel’s beach restaurant and serves Mediterranean-style food close to the sand. Fresh fish and lighter dishes form part of the menu, and the restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner.
The Bistrot follows a French bistro style, with meats and burgers among its usual food offering. It has a more casual feel than the hotel’s speciality restaurants and also shows major sporting events.
Riviera is an adults-only floating restaurant serving seafood and grilled meat in the evening. Its position on the water sets it apart from the hotel’s beach and poolside restaurants.
Kot Nou focuses on Mauritian cooking, serving updated versions of familiar island dishes. The menu draws on local recipes such as salmi, cari and rougaille, making it one of the best places in the hotel to try Mauritian flavours.
Lime is an adults-only, open-air restaurant specialising in sushi and Japanese food. Lunch is served à la carte, while dinner follows a chef-selected menu.
Taba-J takes its idea from the roadside tabagies found across Mauritius. This casual food truck serves Mauritian street food at lunchtime, offering a simpler alternative to a full restaurant meal.
Pool Bar serves drinks and snacks beside the swimming pool. A late breakfast with pastries is available in the morning, followed by snack service during the afternoon.
Ō beach bar sits beside the beach and serves cocktails and lunchtime snacks. Its location makes it convenient for guests spending the day by the sea.
The Bistrot also operates as a sports bar, showing major sporting events. This makes it a useful meeting point for guests who want to watch a match or other live sport during their stay.
Balcony Bar is located in the hotel lobby and is designed as a central meeting place. It offers an indoor alternative to the pool and beach bars for guests meeting friends or family for a drink.
After is the hotel’s late-night nightclub for guests aged 16 and over. It opens from 23:00, with drinks and sandwiches available alongside music and dancing.
Juice Bar serves fresh juices and smoothies made with local, seasonal fruit and vegetables. The drinks are developed in partnership with Roshan, known as Mr Juice, who grows some of the produce and sources the rest from local farmers.
Teabaz is a self-service tea bar serving teas and infusions produced in Mauritius. Signature blends include Cardamom-Vanilla and Passion Fruit-Mango-Vanilla, made by Mauritian family business Corson.
Local family dinner takes place in the home of an Attitude Family Member rather than in one of the hotel’s restaurants. Guests share a home-cooked Mauritian meal and spend time with their hosts, giving the evening a more personal link to everyday island life.
The gym is available for guests aged 16 and over and is open from morning until evening. It has exercise equipment for guests who want to continue their usual fitness routine while away.
Health Track is a self-guided outdoor fitness trail with stations focused on cardio, strength and wellness. Guests can follow the route independently and work through the activities at their own pace.
The hotel has two adjoining swimming pools covering a combined 1,000 sqm, along with a separate children’s pool that is 40 cm deep. The pools are not heated.
Snorkelling is available in the lagoon, with equipment provided by the hotel. Guests can also take a glass-bottom boat to a snorkelling spot farther into the lagoon.
The glass-bottom boat offers a one-hour trip across the lagoon and gives guests a way to look below the surface without diving.
Spa POZ is the hotel’s main wellness space, with 12 treatment rooms, including two double rooms with private whirlpool baths. Other facilities include hydrotherapy, a relaxation area, beauty and hair services, a Mani-Pedi cabin, sauna and hammam.
Floating aquatic bikes offer a different way to explore the Citron River and are listed as suitable for all ages.
Other water activities include kayaking, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing and aquagym. Guests can arrange activities through the hotel’s boathouse.
Ekol'O is a floating platform designed for marine education and snorkelling. It gives guests a place on the lagoon where they can learn about the marine environment as well as spend time in the water.
Scuba diving can be arranged at extra cost through a nearby PADI-certified dive centre, offering another way to experience Mauritius beneath the surface.
Tennis can be booked in one-hour slots through the hotel’s Sports Village. Floodlighting is available for evening play.
The free kids’ club is for children aged 3 to 12 and opens every day from 09:00 to 22:00. Activities include creative workshops, educational games, kayaking, pedal-boating, disco, karaoke, pizza making and mini Zumba.
The Little Marine Discovery Centre gives children a simple introduction to the lagoon, sea turtles and the wider marine environment through interactive games and workshops.
Evening entertainment includes live music, a Sega Show and musical aperitifs. Boma adds a musical campfire gathering when weather permits, while an open-air cinema is held once a month, also subject to weather conditions.
The hotel’s Like a Local programme brings Mauritian food, music and local businesses into the stay. Experiences include Local family dinner, Local Food, Local App, Local Music and the Local Shop.
The Ravenala Attitude has six wedding venue options across its garden, river and coastal settings. A wedding coordinator can help organise the ceremony, reception, flowers, entertainment, cocktails, dinner and after-party.
The Ravenala Attitude has seven conference rooms, including the 800 sqm B-Leisure room. With up to 800 seats, Attitude describes it as the largest hotel conference room in Mauritius.
Team Building programmes are available for groups of 15 to 150 people and are designed around organised group challenges.
Tailor-made events can be organised for groups of 15 to 500 people. The hotel offers both daytime and evening options for private and social occasions.
Spa party allows groups to hire Spa POZ privately on the last Friday of the month. It is available for groups of 10 to 20 people and runs from 19:00 to 22:00.
The hotel’s land-based programme includes table tennis, pétanque, basketball, beach volleyball and giant chess. There is also one pickleball court and two padel courts.
The Ravenala Attitude is in Balaclava on Mauritius’s north-west coast, around 60 km and 60 minutes by car from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. Port Louis is about 15 km away, with an official journey time of around 25 minutes, while Grand Bay is 12 km away and takes around 15 minutes by car. Airport transfers can be arranged through the hotel.
