You have the day to explore Hanoi however you like. At 5:00 PM, you will begin a thrilling food tour by Minsk motorcycle. The adventure begins in Hanoi’s tiny alleys, taking you through busy markets and hidden cafes, sitting right next to the train tracks. Next, you will drive through the French Quarter and the lively Old Quarter to see the famous sights like the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the Temple of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Hanoi Opera House. The journey then allows you to cross the historic Long Bien Bridge, taking you to the sandbanks of the Red River. Here, you will see gardens loaded with banana plantations, vegetables, and flowers. It will be a glimpse of a simpler way of life far removed from the city's noise. In the later part of the day, you will dive into a local food experience, tasting authentic dishes like rice noodles, seasonal fruits, and the famous Hanoi egg coffee. After a night of sightseeing and eating, you will head back to your hotel for another overnight stay in Hanoi.

After having your breakfast at the hotel in Hanoi, you will meet your driver who will take you to the Van Long Nature Reserve in Ninh Binh. On arrival in Van Long, you will enjoy a relaxing bike ride through the beautiful countryside. You will cycle along quiet paths, passing rice fields, traditional villages, and lovely scenery. Next, you will visit the historic Thung La Temple, which is located right in the wetlands. Learn about the local traditions and watch a traditional Vietnamese music performance by a local artist. Next, you will be driven to Trang An for lunch. After eating, you will go to Trang An pier to board a boat. You will explore a series of caves, including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou Cave. These caves are wild and mysterious, and the surrounding mountains look like “Ha Long Bay on land.” After these adventures, you will return to stay overnight in Ninh Binh.

Learn about the history and many dynasties, and celebrate the elegant culture of the past. After lunch, get ready to explore the more quiet and artistic side of the city. You will visit the Tu Duc Mausoleum, the architectural masterpiece and the resting place of the 4th Emperor of Vietnam. Before going to the hotel, you will stop at a village famous for making chemical-free incense from frangipani and lemon-grass. You can learn to make your own incense and lotus leaf conical hats to take home as special souvenirs.

From Day 7 to Day 11, you can leave the busy city behind and completely unwind. You will move from Hue to Lang Co Beach, which is famous for being one of the most beautiful and peaceful bays in Vietnam. For these five days, you will stay at the Angsana Lang Co resort. You don’t have any set plans, so you are free to spend your time however you like. You can relax on the stunning beach, swim in the ocean, or enjoy all the great facilities the resort has to offer. It is the perfect time to just slow down and enjoy the scenery.

Your tour will start at 8:00 Am through the countryside of My Son Holy Land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site named in 1999. You will drive through small villages and stop at a local market to see the busy morning life while enjoying a Vietnamese coffee. You will visit the Piglet Market to soak in the traditional atmosphere. Then, the jeep will take you down quiet village roads past local houses and beautiful rice fields to reach My Son by midmorning. Walk through the site to see dozens of red brick towers built between the 7th and 13th centuries. Around noon, you will drive back toward Hoi An. On the way, you will stop at a bronze casting village to learn about this ancient art. You will also visit a traditional home for a local lunch. Make sure to explore the village, take photos, and learn more about Vietnamese life. The drive will continue through more peaceful villages and rice paddies before arriving back in Hoi An around 2:30 PM. Retire to your hotel for a peaceful night.

This is your day to explore Hoi An at your own pace. You can explore the Old Town, including beautiful yellow streets which take you to the Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, and the historic Tan Ky House. If you are a beach baby, you can visit either An Bang Beach or Cua Dai Beach. The night adventures are as good as you can: a fun bamboo "basket boat" through the coconut forest or a romantic lantern-lit boat ride on the river. Return to your hotel for a peaceful stay to carry on with the last leg of your tour in Cambodia.

After breakfast, you will head to the Da Nang Airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Once you land at the airport, our driver will meet you and take you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to relax and explore on your own.

This day includes a sightseeing tour of the Angkor area, starting at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its huge stone faces. You will see the stunning Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, and Phimeanakas. You will also visit the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Next, you will find a chance to explore Angkor Wat, the largest temple in the area. It was built in the 12th century and covers 210 hectares. Make sure to explore its beautiful galleries, libraries, courtyards, and the beautiful ponds that reflect the towers. Then, you will visit Ta Prohm, a temple covered by the jungle. Here, you will find the giant fig trees and vines growing right into the stone walls, making it look like nature is taking the building back. Finally, you will enjoy the sunset at Pre Rup temple before heading back to your hotel.

This is going to be the day when you will see how people live in the Cambodian countryside. You will visit small, quiet villages to explore rural life and walk through rice fields to see how farmers work. There will be a chance for you to travel down narrow village roads on a traditional ox-cart. In the afternoon, a local family will welcome you into their home for lunch. You can chat with the family members (a guide will help you translate) and even help them in the kitchen to learn their art of cooking. This will allow you to taste real Khmer food that you won’t find in any tourist restaurants. After lunch, you will head back to Siem Reap to visit the APOPO Visitor Center. Here, you will learn about HeroRATs that are the special rats trained to find the landmines to make the land safe again. In the early evening, you will take a ride on a tuk-tuk or scooter (with a driver) for a food tour. You will visit busy markets and hidden stalls to try authentic Khmer meals, snacks, and tropical fruits. After the food tour, you will head back to your hotel for the final stay in Siem Reap.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be driven to the airport for your flight back home to London, leaving you with the beautiful memories of your Vietnam & Cambodia holiday.
