On this day, depart from Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau harbour via the new highway. Get a pleasant welcome and set sail through the bail while your lunch is being served.

Pass through the spectacular magical bay, where you will see thousands of sculpted limestone islands appearing out of the blue like dragon’s teeth. Once you are done with the lunch, take part in a short trek to a nearby summit where you can enjoy glorious scenic views of the bay dotted with golden sails, followed by, enjoy a swim on a quiet beach or you can just enjoy a relaxing sunbath on the sundeck.

Later during the day, around afternoon, you will visit the interesting fishing village where you have the opportunity to speak to the fishermen living in the bay area for almost three generations. When you return on board, enjoy cocktails as you watch the beautiful sunset. Unwind and enjoy an elegant dinner and you are staying overnight on the deluxe junk.

Start the day with a beautiful morning Tai Chi Session all the while enjoying spectacular sunrise views over the bay. Continue to Cam Thanh Village, where you will transfer to a bamboo basket boat and explore the quieter canals of the Bay Mau Coconut Forest. Guided by experienced local paddlers, learn how to balance and paddle the round boat while making your way through the water palm trees. You will also have the chance to catch purple river crabs using traditional techniques.

Next, join a hands-on fishing session with a local mentor, who will show you how to throw a traditional cast net. Afterwards, visit the home of Madam Van and enjoy a freshly prepared local meal in a welcoming family setting. Dishes include fresh spring rolls and crispy Banh Xeo.
