The Junior Suite - Garden view is a practical choice for couples or parents travelling with one child. At 70 sqm, it offers generous space while keeping the layout simple, with a garden outlook that feels quieter than the beachfront categories.
Choose the Junior Suite on Stilts for its position on the Barachois and its sea views. It has the same 70 sqm size as the other Junior Suite categories, but the waterside setting gives it a more distinctive feel.
The Junior Suite Beachfront is best suited to travellers who want to stay close to the beach and look out across the lagoon. At 70 sqm, it accommodates two adults and one child, making it suitable for couples as well as small families.
The Family Suite is designed specifically for parents travelling with children. Its 86 sqm layout sleeps two adults and two children, with a separate children’s room with bunk beds and its own bathroom. This gives families more privacy and a more practical setup than sharing one sleeping area.
The Villa on Stilts gives couples or families more space while keeping the Barachois setting. At 130 sqm, it sleeps two adults and two children and includes a separate living room, making it useful for longer stays or families who want more room during the day.
The Beach Villa with a Private Pool is a strong choice for couples or families who want their own pool and direct access to the beach. At 130 sqm, it sleeps two adults and two children and looks out towards the ocean.
The Princely Villa is the largest accommodation at Constance Prince Maurice, with 350 sqm of space for up to six adults and four children. It sits directly on the beach in a secluded part of the hotel grounds and is made up of two Junior Suites and one Villa with a patio, giving larger families or groups separate sleeping areas within one private setup.
Archipel is the hotel’s main restaurant, set in the main building with views over the infinity pool and beach. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, combining French and Mauritian cooking with international and local flavours.
Le Barachois is reached along a wooden pontoon through the mangroves and is arranged across five floating decks within the natural fish reserve. Its position over the water gives dinner a very different setting from the hotel’s other restaurants.
Asian is located in the Laguna Bar area and gives guests a dedicated option for Japanese and Chinese cooking at lunch and dinner. Sushi, sashimi, maki and Chinese dim sum are among the dishes listed by the hotel.
Laguna Bar overlooks the pool and beach and includes two sundecks. Guests can order by the pool and beach during the afternoon, while the bar itself becomes a place for signature cocktails and light bites in the evening.
Lotus Lounge Bar is an evening venue for cocktails and spirits, with live entertainment that can include piano and jazz performances. Its lounge setting makes it better suited to a slower drink before or after dinner than a daytime poolside stop.
Floating Bar sits over the waters of the Barachois and opens in the late afternoon. The setting is designed around aperitifs, sunset views and relaxed music before or after dinner.
The Wine Cellar holds more than 25,000 bottles across 1,900 references from the New and Old Worlds. It adjoins Archipel and includes a tasting table for up to 10 guests.
Constance Spa combines treatment rooms with thermal facilities and specialist beauty services. Guests can book Signature Rituals, Sisley Phyto-Aromatic treatments, massages, facials and body therapies, with treatment spaces available for both individuals and couples.
The hotel’s wellness approach also covers food. Wellness choices are available across the restaurants and in-room dining menus, with selected dishes marked to help guests identify them easily.
Yoga gives guests a quieter way to stay active during their holiday and can be combined with spa treatments or fitness sessions.
The Fitness Centre is open 24 hours a day using room keycard access, making it easy to train around other holiday plans. Equipment includes cardio machines, free weights and resistance bands.
The hotel has a main swimming pool and a separate lap pool. Guests can use the main pool for relaxed time around the resort, while the lap pool is better suited to swimming lengths.
Snorkelling is available as a payable water activity for guests who want to spend more time exploring the sea.
Scuba diving is available through a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive and Eco Dive Resort, giving divers access to a dedicated diving operation during their stay.
Additional payable water activities are available for guests who want more choice beyond the complimentary non-motorised options. These include fly fishing, boat excursions, catamaran cruises, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, kitesurf equipment rental and guided stand-up paddle excursions.
Two floodlit synthetic courts are available for guests who want to play during their stay. Rackets are complimentary, while tennis balls are payable.
Archery is available at an additional charge on Mondays, with separate sessions for adults and children aged 7–11. Minimum participant numbers apply.
Complimentary bicycles are available for adults and children and can be collected from the Spa. Safety helmets are also provided.
Guests have access to the Legend and Links 18-hole championship courses at nearby Constance Belle Mare Plage, around five minutes’ drive away. Legend was designed by Hugh Baiocchi, while Links was designed by Rodney Wright and Peter Alliss.
The Sunset Catamaran Cruise takes guests out on the water in the evening, with refreshments served during the trip.
This morning excursion gives guests opportunities to look for dolphins and whales in their natural environment. A snorkelling session may also be possible during the outing.
Island Cultural Exploration takes guests beyond the resort to see some of Mauritius’ best-known sights.
