The Superior Beach Loft suits couples or parents travelling with one child who prefer to stay close to the beach. Its 79 sqm, two-level layout has high ceilings and full-height glass windows, helping the room feel open while bringing in views across the land and ocean.
The Beach Bungalow is a practical choice for families or groups who want to stay directly by the shoreline. It has direct beach access and land and sea views, making it easy to move between the room and the beach throughout the day.
The Water Bungalow gives guests direct lagoon access from a private deck. Set over the water, the 100 sqm layout includes ocean views, a bathtub and an overwater hammock, so much of the appeal comes from having the lagoon right outside.
The Sunset Water Bungalow with Jacuzzi is aimed at travellers who want sunset views and their own saltwater jacuzzi. The 100 sqm bungalow sits over the water and includes a private deck, giving couples plenty of space to spend time outside as the sun goes down.
At 208 sqm, the Water Suite with Pool is the resort's largest accommodation category, with room for up to four adults. Set over the water with panoramic ocean views, it has a private plunge pool with jacuzzi, making it the strongest choice for travellers who want more private outdoor space.
VAH Global Dining Restaurant is the resort’s main buffet restaurant, serving international dishes alongside Maldivian specialities. It is the most flexible option for families, couples and groups, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served in an ocean-facing setting.
Iru Kitchen & Bar offers a relaxed alternative to the main buffet for lunch or dinner. Its international menu includes salads, soups, pizzas, seafood, meat dishes and desserts, with cocktails, mocktails, juices and hot drinks also available.
Marlin Seafood Restaurant & Wine Bar is a smaller à la carte venue set above the lagoon. Seafood is the main focus, with dishes featuring ingredients such as scallops, oysters, lobster, fish and prawns, alongside meat from the grill.
Fen Café & Bar is the poolside spot for drinks and snacks, with handcrafted cocktails at the centre of the drinks offering. Its location makes it easy to stop by during the day without planning a full restaurant meal.
Beach Dinner gives guests the option of having a four-course meal by the beach rather than eating in one of the resort’s regular restaurants. It is a simple way to make one evening feel different while staying close to the shoreline.
Marquee Dinner is a four-course experience served at the main beach area, using locally inspired ingredients with international cooking techniques. Rates are quoted per couple, making it particularly suited to couples who want a dedicated beach dinner during their stay.
In Room Dining gives guests the option of eating in their accommodation rather than visiting one of the resort’s restaurants or bars. The service is listed separately from the resort’s All Inclusive and Premium All Inclusive packages and is chargeable.
Private BBQ Dinner is available as an optional couple’s dinner within the resort’s wedding arrangements. It is intended for guests marking their wedding at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives rather than as a standard restaurant venue.
Lobster Dinner is another optional dining experience listed for couples within the resort’s wedding arrangements. It adds a seafood-focused choice for guests celebrating their wedding at the resort.
Mandara Spa sits over the water and specialises in Balinese treatments. Guests can choose treatments including Warm Stone Massages and Lime Baths, making it a useful place to slow down after diving, excursions or days spent around the lagoon.
Diving is arranged with Dive & Sail, the resort’s dive centre partner. Experienced international diving instructors support guests exploring coral reefs around Vaavu Atoll, making this one of the main activities for travellers who want to see more beneath the surface.
Snorkelling gives guests an easy way to explore the waters around Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives. The official experience includes snorkelling in Vaavu Atoll as well as time in the resort lagoon.
The resort offers both motorised and non-motorised water sports, giving active guests more ways to spend time on the lagoon beyond swimming and snorkelling.
Canoeing offers a quieter way to get out on the water around Vaavu Atoll. Guests can paddle across the surrounding waters with guidance from the resort team.
Dolphin Watching takes guests out into Vaavu Atoll for opportunities to see Spinner dolphins in their natural habitat. Sightings depend on natural conditions, so they should be viewed as part of the experience rather than guaranteed.
The Sunset Cruise takes guests across Vaavu Atoll aboard a traditional Maldivian Dhoni. It is centred on the evening views, with the possibility of seeing dolphins along the way when conditions allow.
Island Hideaway is available as either a half-day or full-day island-hopping experience. The trip includes visits to secluded islands, snorkelling, beach time and a barbecue lunch.
Visit a local village gives guests the chance to see more of everyday island life outside the resort. Stops can include a mosque, school and community yard, along with local shops where souvenirs can be purchased.
Sandbank gives guests time away from the main resort island on a private sandbank. The experience combines a picnic with opportunities to relax, snorkel and sunbathe.

The Keyodhoo & Felidhoo Island Excursion is a morning visit to two local islands. Guests can see community landmarks such as a mosque, school and community yard, with time to browse local shops.

From Velana International Airport, the journey takes around 90 minutes by speedboat or 25 minutes by seaplane. Guests can also join organised excursions to inhabited islands in the atoll, with opportunities to see local landmarks and everyday island life.
