The Duplex Garden Bungalow suits families and surf travellers who prefer to stay within the island’s gardens. Its two-level layout separates the living and sleeping areas, giving guests more space to spread out during their stay.
Beach Bungalows are a good choice for couples and families who want the beach close to their room. Each 59 sq m bungalow has an open-plan layout and sits on the beachfront with direct access to the sand.
Water Bungalows are designed for travellers who want to stay directly over the lagoon. Each 63 sq m bungalow has its own deck and direct lagoon access, making it easy to spend more of the holiday close to the water.
Superior Room Ocean View suits couples and families who want a sea-facing room without choosing an overwater category. The 59 sq m room has an open-plan layout, modern interiors and a private terrace facing the ocean.
Junior Beach Suite gives guests more space while keeping them directly beside the beach. At 95 sq m, it is larger than the Beach Bungalows and includes direct beach access along with a separate lounge area.
Over Water Suite offers more space than the Water Bungalows while keeping guests directly over the lagoon. The 95 sq m suite includes a separate living area and direct lagoon access, giving guests more room to relax throughout the day.
Beach Suite with Pool is the largest accommodation category at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives and is particularly suited to families who want more private space. The 170 sq m beachfront suite is arranged over two levels and includes a separate living area.
Koimala Restaurant is the resort’s main buffet restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet includes international dishes alongside Asian, Mediterranean and Maldivian food, with live cooking stations adding more choice at each meal.
Rehendhi Restaurant is an overwater buffet restaurant reserved for guests staying in the Over Water Suite or Beach Suite with Pool. It serves international and local dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Tex Mex is the resort’s Mexican and Spanish-inspired à la carte restaurant. The menu includes tacos, burritos, nachos, grilled dishes and sharing platters, alongside cocktails and cold beers.
Dalchini combines an international buffet with an Indian à la carte menu. The buffet is available to Water Bungalow and Atoll Travel guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the Indian menu is offered at lunch and dinner.
Raiyvilla Bar is the resort’s main bar and is well suited to daytime and evening drinks. Its ocean-facing setting makes it a popular choice around sunset, while à la carte food service is also available.
Raalhu Bar overlooks Pasta Point, the resort’s well-known surf break. It is a good place to stop for a cocktail while watching surfers out on the water.
Beach Bar sits close to the shoreline near the Beach Bungalows. It serves cocktails, beers and tropical drinks during the day, giving guests an easy place to stop between time on the beach and other resort activities.
Dine under the Stars is an evening meal arranged beside the beach. The menu includes seafood, premium meats and desserts, with the table set away from the resort’s regular restaurant setting.
In-Room Dining is available for guests who prefer to eat in their accommodation rather than visit one of the resort’s restaurants or bars. The service is charged separately from the resort’s standard board plans..
Pasta Point is one of Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives’ main reasons to visit for surfers. The break is known for its left-hand waves, with peak-season swells reaching around 4–8 feet.
Breakfast by the Beach gives couples the option to start the day away from the main buffet restaurants. An American breakfast is served beside the beach, with fresh juices, seasonal fruit, breakfast favourites and unlimited sparkling wine by the glass.
Diving trips give guests access to 25 dive sites around Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives. Divers travel aboard a traditional Maldivian dhoni, providing a practical way to visit different sites during their stay.
This private half-day excursion combines guided snorkelling with time on a sandbank. Guests travel by private speedboat, with transfers, snacks and soft drinks included.
Turtle Snorkelling is a guided experience in the waters around the resort. Guests have opportunities to see turtles in their natural habitat while accompanied by the resort’s guides.
This private speedboat trip takes guests into the waters around North Malé Atoll, with opportunities to see spinner dolphins in their natural habitat when conditions allow.

Sunset cruises offer a more relaxed way to spend time on the water later in the day, away from faster-paced water sports.
Huraa Excursion takes guests beyond the resort to experience life on a local Maldivian island. The visit includes opportunities to meet local residents, learn more about Maldivian culture and browse handcrafted souvenirs.
Malé Excursion is a guided trip through the Maldivian capital. The visit includes the National Museum and Friday Mosque, along with local shops selling souvenirs.
Chavana Spa by Mandara gives guests a quieter option between surfing, diving and excursions, with massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures available.
Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives has two swimming pools for guests who want an alternative to swimming in the sea. Both provide an easy option for a slower day around the resort.
Yoga is included within the resort’s Sports & Fitness activities. It offers a gentler way to stay active and can be combined with spa time, swimming or more energetic days on the water.
The resort has a choice of indoor and outdoor activities for guests who prefer to stay active on land. Activities include table tennis, billiards, beach volleyball, badminton, basketball and tennis.
Lil’ Pirates Bay Playground is the resort’s pirate-themed outdoor play area for children. It is positioned next to an area where adults can play table tennis while remaining close to younger family members.
Gourmet Marquee Dinner is served beside the beach in a private marquee. The menu includes fresh seafood, premium meats and desserts.
Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives is in North Malé Atoll, around 20 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport. Its close-to-Malé location means travellers can reach the island without a domestic flight or seaplane, while still having access to Pasta Point and excursions including Huraa, Malé and dolphin watching.
