The Beach Villa suits guests who want to stay directly beside the sand. Each 92 sqm villa is set beachfront with direct beach access from a private sun deck, making it a good choice for couples or families who plan to spend plenty of time by the sea.
The Ocean Villa is a good choice for guests who want an overwater setting and direct access to the sea. At 91 sqm, it works for couples as well as smaller families, with an oceanfront position and a private deck for spending time outside.
Sunset Pool Beach Villas combine direct beach access with a private plunge pool. Each 110 sqm villa faces the sunset side of the beach, making this a strong option for couples or smaller families who want their own pool without giving up a beachfront location.
The Two Bedroom Family Beach Villas are designed for families who need more space and separate sleeping areas. At 194 sqm, they have two interconnecting rooms and a beachfront position close to Kokaa Kids Club. Direct beach access also makes it easy for families to move between the villa and the sand.
The Overwater Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool are designed for two adults and give couples much more space than the standard Ocean Villa. Each 180 sqm suite is arranged over two floors in an oceanfront setting, with separate areas for sleeping, relaxing and spending time outdoors.
The Two Bedroom Family Pool Beach Villas give families the same two-bedroom layout with the addition of a private plunge pool. Each villa measures 207 sqm, sits beachfront and is close to Kokaa Kids Club, making it particularly useful for parents travelling with children.
The Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool is the largest accommodation at Heritance Aarah. Measuring 298 sqm, it has two bedrooms, separate living and dining areas and an oceanfront setting, making it particularly useful for families or groups who want plenty of shared space.
Ginifati is a private dining venue beside the ocean, with individual dining pods that give guests more space and privacy than the resort's main restaurants. Seafood is the focus, with the day's catch prepared to preference and served alongside wines, spirits and the venue's signature rum punch.
Ranba is the resort's main buffet restaurant, serving a broad choice of international and Asian dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its buffet format makes it particularly useful for families and groups, where everyone may want something different.
Ambula serves contemporary Sri Lankan and Maldivian food in an overwater setting. Dinner follows an eight-course tasting format, with each course introduced by the waiting team and drinks pairings available through the sommelier. A vegan tasting menu is also available.
Baani is an overwater restaurant reserved for Ocean Suite and Ocean Residence guests. Contemporary fusion cuisine is served throughout the day, with à la carte breakfast and lunch followed by a six-course dinner.
Ralu takes its inspiration from French and Italian Mediterranean brasseries and sits over the water beside Ralu Overwater Lounge Bar. The menu is à la carte, with live cooking stations and sommelier service available for wine pairings.
Hathaa centres on interactive teppanyaki dining, with flavours inspired by the street food of Tokyo and Bangkok. Guests sit around the grill while the chefs prepare dinner in front of them, giving the meal a more social feel than the resort's quieter restaurants.
Pizza Shack is a casual daytime choice beside the pool and ocean, serving hand-crafted pizzas and à la carte snacks. Beer is also available, making it an easy place to stop without planning a longer restaurant meal.
Udaras is an overwater pool bar reserved for Ocean Suite and Ocean Residence guests. It serves cold beers and spirits beside the Ocean Wing infinity pool, with swinging seats adding to the relaxed daytime setting.
Bandhi Pool Bar is one of the livelier places for drinks, with cocktails, shisha and snacks served around the pool. Pizza is available during the day, while live music and flair bartending bring more energy to the bar in the evening.
Sky is an evening overwater bar specialising in signature smoke cocktails, molecular cocktails and infusions. It sits above Ambula and gives guests a dedicated cocktail venue away from the main pool area.
Falhu is reserved for Ocean Suite and Ocean Residence guests and has a strong focus on whisky, cognac and wine. Its collection includes 48 varieties of premium whisky as well as organic and biodynamic wines, with regular whisky tastings also offered.
Ralu Overwater Lounge Bar specialises in premium rum and rum-based tiki cocktails. Its premium rum collection is described as the largest in the Maldives, giving the bar a clear focus that sets it apart from the resort's whisky and cocktail venues.
In-villa dining is available to guests staying in the Overwater Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool and Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool. It gives guests in these accommodation categories the option to dine in their villa or residence rather than visiting one of the resort's restaurants.
Taste of the Ocean is listed as an optional dining enhancement for guests who want to add a separate food experience to their stay.
White Affair - Destination Beach Dinner is a current resident dining experience held on the beach, giving guests a dinner setting away from the resort's regular restaurants.
IASO Spa sits over the lagoon and has six treatment rooms overlooking the eastern side of the island. Guests can book health and beauty treatments or arrange professional wellness consultations for a more personalised approach.
Wellness at Heritance Aarah includes a choice of guided therapies and movement sessions beyond standard spa treatments. Options include Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing Therapy with Guided Meditation, yoga and Tai Chi.
Kokaa Kids Club runs a weekly programme with different activities across the seven days. Children can take part in crafts, science activities, treasure hunts, board games, cooking sessions, pool games, children's films and mini discos.

Heritance Aarah gives divers access to sites around Raa Atoll. Manta points can be reached within a maximum of 45 minutes on either side of the atoll, while selected grey reef shark dive sites are around 15–20 minutes away.
Snorkelling gives guests an easy way to explore the waters around Heritance Aarah. Experiences include guided house-reef snorkelling as well as trips connected with manta points, turtles and Hanifaru Bay.
Jet Ski Tours take guests beyond the immediate resort lagoon and combine time on a Jet Ski with cruising, snorkelling and visits to private sandbanks.
Catamaran sailing offers a slower-paced way to spend time on the water. Trips are accompanied by an experienced crew, allowing guests to enjoy the journey without needing to handle the boat themselves.
The resort's lagoons have sandy bottoms and depths ranging from around 1m to 10m. Flatter water and lighter winds can suit beginners and children, while more experienced guests can also take part depending on the day's conditions.

Heritance Aarah is located on Aarah Island in Raa Atoll, Republic of Maldives. From Malé, guests can reach the resort by shared seaplane in around 40 minutes, with flights operating during daylight hours. A shared domestic flight followed by a speedboat transfer is also available.
