The Beachfront Sunset View Pool Villa is designed for travellers who want a beachfront setting with sunset views. It combines a 110 sqm layout with a king bed, private swimming pool, jet pool and direct ocean access.
The Wellbeing Sanctuary Pool Villa adds a stronger wellness focus to the stay. Along with its private swimming pool, jet pool and direct beach access, guests receive benefits such as a balanced daily breakfast, a daily nutrition snack, aromatherapy, a nightly Rest Ritual and access to scheduled wellbeing activities.
The Grand Beachfront Pool Villa is the resort's largest accommodation category and works well for families or friends travelling together. At 132 sqm, it accommodates up to five guests with a king bed, sofa bed and separate living area, giving everyone more room to spread out.
Saffron is the resort’s signature Thai restaurant, serving Thai cuisine with traditional flavours and a contemporary approach. It provides a more formal dining setting within the resort and is open for breakfast and dinner, making it a flexible option for guests who want to start or end the day with Thai-inspired dishes.
Madi Hiyaa sits over the water on the resort’s jetty, serving Japanese cuisine with a Maldivian twist. Built entirely from bamboo, it has a saltwater infinity pool and sunset views across the Indian Ocean.
Sangu Garden celebrates Maldivian heritage through a menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with Maldivian-inspired and international dishes served in a relaxed setting. It offers a different dining style from Saffron and Madi Hiyaa, focusing on local flavours and a more casual restaurant experience.
Destination Dining offers private dining experiences in different settings around the resort. Options include Beach Barbecue, Floating Breakfast, Sala Dining Experience, Romantic Beach Dinner and Maldivian Cooking Class, giving guests the chance to choose a more personal dining experience during their stay.
Banyan Tree Spa offers Asian-inspired treatments designed around relaxation and wellbeing. It was the first international spa to open in the Maldives. Guests can choose from signature treatments including Sense of Place: Island Sensation, which is created to reflect the island surroundings.
The resort’s wellbeing experiences are designed for guests who want to include wellness activities during their stay. Options include private yoga, Yoga Duo, Conscious Grounding, breathwork, sound healing, acupuncture and cupping.

The PADI Gold Palm 5-Star Resort Dive Centre offers courses for beginners through to experienced divers. Beyond the house reef, divers can visit the nearby Rannamaari shipwreck, which has rested there since 1999, or head out to more than 40 surrounding dive sites.
Night snorkelling allows guests to explore the marine environment after dark, with opportunities to see nocturnal marine life and bioluminescent plankton depending on conditions.
Save the Reef gives guests the opportunity to join marine conservation activities with the resort team. Guests can snorkel above coral areas, help identify harmful species and assist with removing Crown of Thorns and Pin-cushion starfish, along with marine waste found during the activity.
Opened in 2004, the Marine Lab was the first resort-based facility of its kind in the Maldives. Its work includes coral restoration, reef monitoring and marine education, with guests able to join coral planting and reef-cleaning activities under the guidance of the team.

Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru is on Vabbinfaru Island in North Malé Atoll, Maldives. Guests travel directly from Velana International Airport by speedboat, with the journey taking around 25 minutes. No domestic flight or seaplane is needed.
