The Grand Oceanview Villa with Infinity Pool adds a private infinity pool and dedicated pool deck to the resort's villa experience. The outdoor space faces the ocean, giving couples more privacy and somewhere to spend time away from the main pool.
The Signature Grand Ocean Pool Villa stands out for its views across Beau Vallon Bay and additional in-villa features. High ceilings add to the feeling of space, while the private infinity pool gives couples their own place to swim.
The Two Bedroom Oceanfront Pool Villa is the resort's largest accommodation option and its only two-bedroom category. Sleeping up to five guests, it works well for families with teenagers or friends travelling together. Panoramic Indian Ocean views accompany a large private infinity pool and pool deck with a gazebo.
Mahé Restaurant is the resort’s main choice for Creole flavours, prepared by the Seychellois culinary team using locally sourced ingredients, island spices and fresh seafood. Panoramic Indian Ocean views form part of the setting.
Wave is the resort’s dinner-only restaurant, serving Mediterranean-inspired food by the sea. The menu includes seafood, salads, pasta, risotto, paella and dishes from the grill.

The Lower Deck is Northolme’s dedicated gin bar, positioned above the ocean and suited to early-evening drinks around sunset. Its drinks list focuses on premium gins, infusions, island botanicals and cocktails.
The resort’s infinity pool looks across Beau Vallon Bay and the Indian Ocean. It gives guests an easy alternative to the beach when they want to swim or spend a quieter part of the day close to the main resort facilities.
eforea Spa sits above the resort’s granite shoreline and offers face and body treatments using ELEMIS products. Treatments include massages, scrubs, facials and body wraps, and guests can also use the steam room.
Complimentary yoga sessions take place overlooking Beau Vallon Bay. Classes are held twice a week, giving guests an easy way to add a guided wellness activity to their stay.
The fitness centre allows guests to maintain their normal exercise routine while away. It includes modern fitness machines and equipment and looks towards the Indian Ocean.
Guests can snorkel directly from the resort’s private beach or explore the coastline by kayak. Complimentary snorkelling equipment and kayaks are available from the beach kiosk.
Northolme works with the Marine Conservation Society Seychelles on an active coral restoration programme. Coral fragments are cultivated in underwater nurseries before being transplanted onto nearby reef structures.
Northolme offers ocean golf rather than a conventional golf course. Guests can practise their swing from a pool villa or from the deck beside the fitness centre overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Explore Tropical Treasures is a self-guided garden trail through the resort’s hillside vegetation. Guests can see plants including Takamaka and Coco de Mer, alongside other native species connected with Seychellois culture and traditions.
The resort is on North Coast Road in Glacis, near Beau Vallon Bay on north-west Mahé. Seychelles International Airport is 18 km away, Victoria city centre is 5 km away and Beau Vallon Beach is 2 km from the hotel. Hilton does not operate an airport shuttle, but the front office can arrange a transfer for guests.
