The Tropical Garden View Room is the most straightforward choice for couples or solo travellers who want a comfortable base within the resort. Its 48 sqm layout uses contemporary décor and includes a private balcony with access to the garden.
The Junior Suite gives couples and small families more room than the Tropical Garden View Room, with 62 sqm of space and a position just steps from the beach. A large bed, indoor seating area and furnished terrace give guests separate places to relax during the day.
At 72 sqm, the Senior Suite offers more space than the Junior Suite and works well for couples or small families wanting a larger room without moving into a private villa. It has a large double bed, seating area and furnished terrace.
The Family Villa 2 Bedrooms gives families the privacy of a villa without moving into the resort's larger three-bedroom option. The 330 sqm layout has two bedrooms, a private swimming pool and a pergola for relaxing outdoors.
For larger families and groups, the Family Villa 3 Bedrooms adds a third bedroom and more flexible sleeping arrangements across 350 sqm. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
Beach Villas are positioned on North Beach at Port Launay, putting guests just steps from the sand. They are available with one or two bedrooms and range from approximately 240 to 370 sqm, making them suitable for couples as well as families.
Hillside Villas are the choice for travellers who prefer an elevated setting and ocean views over being directly beside the beach. Built around the site's granite rocks, the villas overlook Port Launay Marine Park and come with either one or two bedrooms.
The Presidential Villa is the resort's largest accommodation, with 980 sqm and three bedrooms for up to six adults. It sits on the hillside above the shoreline with ocean views, giving groups or families considerably more private space than the other villa categories.
Corossol is the main buffet restaurant and a practical choice for breakfast or dinner when you want plenty of variety. International food is prepared across different sections, with options including tandoori cooking and pizza. The dining area is split into several seating zones rather than one large room, giving guests a choice of settings.
Helios sits on South Beach and focuses on Mediterranean food. Lunch is served as a buffet with influences from France, Italy, Spain, Morocco and Lebanon, including tapas, mezze, antipasti and thin pizzas. The beach setting makes it particularly useful for a relaxed daytime meal, while themed evening dinners can also be arranged on request.
Adam & Eve Restaurant serves Southeast Asian food in a nature-led setting built around the elements of water, air, earth and fire. The food draws on Malay, Singaporean and Indonesian influences, and a children's menu is available. It works well for families as well as guests looking for an alternative to the resort's buffet restaurants.
Cyann Restaurant overlooks Port Launay Marine Park and has a more formal evening setting than the resort's casual restaurants. Its dishes combine French culinary techniques with local and Asian influences. At lunchtime, guests can also choose from the sushi bar by the pool, making Cyann suitable for both a lighter midday meal and a more dressed-up dinner.
Kabana is set directly on Port Launay beach, close to beach volleyball, bocce, chess and the children's playground. It is a casual place for tropical drinks, cocktails, slushies and light snacks during a day by the beach, particularly for families already using the nearby activity areas.
Zee Bar changes character through the day, moving from drinks and snacks to live entertainment in the evening. An early continental breakfast is also offered, while the later hours suit guests looking for cocktails and music without booking a restaurant table.
Helios Bar sits next to Helios and works well before or after a meal at the restaurant. Its drinks menu includes classic cocktails, freshly brewed iced teas and hot or cold coffee, with a relaxed beachside setting suited to daytime drinks and pre-dinner aperitifs.
Adam & Eve Bar sits beside Adam & Eve Restaurant, with pool views and the beach close by. Alongside drinks and light snacks, it specialises in fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies and local drinks served in green coconuts. It is an easy daytime stop for guests moving between the pool, beach and restaurant.
Cyann Bar has the resort's strongest focus on specialist spirits and wine. The selection includes aged rums, single malt whiskies, rare spirits, saké and cocktails, while wines can be chosen with help from the sommelier. The deck and later closing time make it a good choice for an evening drink after dinner.
Seselwa Bar is directly on North Beach and keeps things informal with chilled beer, tropical cocktails and light snacks. Creole music is part of the setting, so this is one of the better choices for an easy drink by the beach rather than a more formal evening at Cyann.
The wine cellar associated with Cyann holds more than 26,000 bottles, covering around 1,200 references from more than 250 wineries. Sommeliers can guide guests through the collection, and wine tastings are among the resort's bookable dining experiences. It is most relevant to travellers who want to explore wine in more detail rather than simply choose a bottle with dinner.
The 5,000 sqm Constance Spa is one of the resort’s main wellness facilities. Set within tropical gardens, it has 14 single and four double treatment rooms, alongside a sauna, steam room, thermal pool, Jacuzzi®, cold plunge pool, Kneipp footpath, reflective pool and Yoga Pavilion.
The Fitness Centre provides a fully equipped gym for guests who want to continue training during their stay. Gym access is available 24 hours a day, while the wider fitness programme includes functional training and personalised coaching.
Yoga sessions form part of the resort’s wellness programme, with a dedicated Yoga Pavilion inside Constance Spa. Lessons are guided by practitioners and can be booked alongside spa or fitness sessions.
Coconut Tribe is the resort’s dedicated programme for children aged 4 to 11. Activities cover outdoor play, sustainability, STEAM learning, local culture, cooking, creativity and wellness.
The Blues Diving Centre gives beginners and experienced divers access to dive sites around Mahé and Port Launay Marine National Park. PADI and CMAS courses are available, alongside group dives, private dives, wreck dives and night dives.
Complimentary non-motorised watersports give guests several ways to spend time on the water without booking a separate excursion. Options include pedal boats, small sailing catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing.
Port Launay Marine National Park can be accessed from the resort for snorkelling, giving guests another way to explore the local marine environment. Snorkelling gear is included among the complimentary sports facilities.
Mangrove Kayaking takes guests through the mangrove environment around the resort. It provides a quieter alternative to open-water kayaking and suits travellers interested in both nature and active exploration.
Zip lining takes place through the treetops within the resort grounds. It is available to guests of different ability levels from age 4 to 70+, with instructors available.
Four tennis courts are available among the resort’s complimentary sports facilities. Tennis lessons can also be booked at an additional charge for guests who want coaching during their stay.
The resort has one sand-filled synthetic Padel Court. Rackets and balls are available from the Fitness Centre, and use of the court is complimentary with prior booking.
Bicycles provide an easy way to move around Constance Ephélia’s large grounds. Villa guests receive bicycles free of charge, while guests staying in Tropical Garden View Rooms, Junior Suites and Senior Suites can rent bicycles from the Fitness Centre.
Constance Ephélia has eight pools across the resort, giving guests plenty of choice away from the beach. Coconut Tribe also includes a swimming pool among its children’s facilities.
Guests can also choose from simple activities around the beach and Kabana area. These include chess, bocce, beach volleyball and badminton, with a children’s playground nearby.
Excursions allow guests to explore more of Mahé by land and sea. Options include guided island tours, visits to beaches, forests and local villages, nature hikes, birdwatching, cultural tours and island hopping.
Couples looking for a less traditional ceremony can arrange an underwater wedding experience through Constance Ephélia. The official experience includes speedboat transfers to and from the ceremony site and support from a certified Dive Master.
Constance Ephélia is in Port Launay, Mahé, Seychelles, between two beaches and overlooking Port Launay Marine National Park. Seychelles International Airport is 21.7 km away, with the road journey taking around 40 minutes. Victoria is about 30 minutes from the resort.
