After arriving in Costa Rica, you will be met by your guide at the airport and taken to your hotel with a private transfer, making the start of your holiday simple and comfortable. Your hotel is located in downtown San José, giving you a convenient base for your first night.

Head out on a private guided tour of San José, giving you a great introduction to Costa Rica's capital. As you travel through the city, your guide will share stories about its history, culture and everyday life while taking you to some of its best-known landmarks.
You will see the elegant National Theatre, the impressive Metropolitan Cathedral and the historic National Museum, along with the lively Central Market, where locals shop for fresh produce, coffee and traditional snacks. After leaving San José, you will next travel by shared shuttle to the cloud forests of Monteverde, enjoying changing landscapes along the way as the route passes through valleys, mountains and rural villages.
