After this, visit the Temple of Heaven (closed on Mondays), a magnificent masterpiece of the Ming Dynasty.

Start your day with your breakfast and later head out for a guided tour to the Great Wall, in the Mutianyu section, which is less crowded and also well-preserved.

You are going to love the hike taking you along the ancient stone pathways and appreciate the breathtaking views, stopping at the watchtowers.

Note: the tour does not include the Cable Car, hence you’ve to be ready for a climb on foot, which could be moderately challenging.
