King Pavilion suits families and small groups who want two bedrooms and plenty of shared indoor space. The 145 sqm layout includes two double bedrooms, a living area and a separate dining room, with a sea view and a location close to the beachfront, main swimming pool and restaurants.
The Royal Grand Pool Villa is the resort’s largest accommodation category and gives bigger families plenty of space to share. Its 280 sqm layout has two double bedrooms, a separate living area and a dining room, so guests have room to spend time together without relying only on the bedrooms.
The Two Bedroom Pool Villa is designed for families who want separate bedrooms alongside useful shared living space. At 165 sqm, it includes two bedrooms, a large separate living room and a dining area with a counter bar, making it easy for families to spend time together between trips to the beach and other resort facilities.
The Garden Pool Villa works well for couples and small families who want a one-bedroom villa with their own pool. It sits on the lower level of a two-storey villa and is fully separate from the Deluxe Pool Villa above. The 140 sqm layout includes one double bedroom with living space and a garden view.
The Deluxe Pool Villa gives couples and small families a one-bedroom pool villa on the upper level of a two-storey building. It is completely separate from the Garden Pool Villa below and offers 115 sqm of space with a garden view.
Set beside Natai Beach, By The Sea Restaurant and Bar serves lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening. The menu includes Thai cuisine, fusion dishes and barbecue, alongside cocktails and other drinks.
Chantara Restaurant sits close to the beach in traditional teakwood pavilions surrounded by greenery. Santhiya describes it as an all-day dining restaurant, with breakfast served daily from 07:00 to 10:30.
Luxury Beach Dinner gives guests the option of having their evening meal directly on Natai Beach rather than in one of the resort’s regular restaurants. It is a good choice for travellers who want a quieter dinner with the sea close by.

KOH KHAI is a 7-hour-15-minute private speedboat excursion visiting Koh Khai Nok, Koh Khai Nui and Koh Khai Nai. Guests can snorkel at Koh Khai Nok, spend time at Koh Khai Nui and relax on the beach at Koh Khai Nai before lunch.
This island excursion combines sightseeing and snorkelling around the Phi Phi Islands. The route includes snorkelling at Nuy Bay, time around Phi Phi Leh and Pileh Bay, and views of Viking Cave and Monkey Beach from the speedboat.
KRABI 4 ISLANDS visits Koh Kai, Koh Tap, Koh Poda and Railay Bay, combining snorkelling, beach time and sightseeing. Guests can snorkel at Koh Kai, visit the sandbar at Thale Waek when tides allow and explore the area around Phra Nang Cave.
BEYOND SKYWALK NANGSHE takes guests to a 180-metre clear glass skywalk positioned 80 metres above the Andaman Sea. The elevated walkway looks towards Khao Samet Nangshe and the surrounding Phang Nga landscape.

WALKING STREET MARKET is a Sunday afternoon and evening trip to Phuket’s Walking Street Market. Guests can try local savoury and sweet food, browse souvenirs and spend time among the area’s Sino-Portuguese buildings.
LONG LAE LOCAL MARKET offers a Sunday morning visit centred on traditional Thai street food and fresh produce. It gives guests a chance to spend time in a local market setting away from the resort.
WEDDINGS at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa can make use of the beachfront and traditional Thai teakwood settings. Couples can arrange cocktails on the sand, a ceremony on the beach beneath a floral gazebo and a wedding meal in the teak hall at Chantara Restaurant.
