Jetinn Sunset Lounge sits at the end of the resort’s private pier, directly over the water. It works well for daytime drinks, followed by snacks or an early dinner with a live DJ from 17.00.
Chantara Restaurant serves Thai and international cuisine with views across the Andaman Sea. The resort describes it as a fine-dining restaurant, with à la carte service available for both lunch and dinner.

This seven-hour speedboat trip visits the Phi Phi islands for snorkelling, sightseeing and beach time. The itinerary includes snorkelling at Phi Phi Don’s Nuy Bay, a visit to Pileh Bay and views of Viking Cave and Monkey Beach from the boat.
Koh Tapu (James Bond Island) is a full-day speedboat trip through Phang Nga Bay. The itinerary includes James Bond Island, Khao Phing Kan, sightseeing around Phanak Island and its sea caves, and a stop at Koh Panyee.
Krabi 4 Islands takes guests by speedboat to several locations around neighbouring Krabi. Stops include Koh Kai, Koh Tap, Koh Poda and the Phra Nang Cave area, with snorkelling at Koh Kai.
Koh Khai is a five-hour trip for guests who prefer a shorter excursion. It visits Koh Khai Nok, Koh Khai Nui and Koh Khai Nai, with snorkelling at Koh Khai Nok and time to relax at the islands.
Fishing Trip is a five-hour private long-tail boat excursion with a choice of morning or sunset departure. Fishing equipment is supplied, together with snorkelling equipment and fins.
The resort offers wedding ceremonies on its private beach, using the beachfront and traditional teak architecture as part of the setting. A floral gazebo is available for ceremonies, while Chantara Restaurant’s teak hall can form part of the wider celebration.
Ocean Mineral Bath is a new wellness facility scheduled to open on 1 November 2026. It is set high within the resort and will have panoramic sea views.
Tycoon Monkey Beach Club is scheduled to open on 1 February 2027. The resort describes it as a jungle-inspired beach playground with a social setting.
Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa is at 88 Moo 7, Prunai, Koh Yao, Phangnga, Thailand. From Phuket International Airport, guests can use the resort’s shared transfer to Ao Po Grand Marina, where Santhiya has a private arrival lounge, before continuing by speedboat to the resort’s private pier. The crossing takes around 20 minutes. Private speedboat transfers are also available. Transfer services should be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and guests checking in at Ao Po Grand Marina should arrive at least 90 minutes before their selected speedboat departure. Schedules and vessels may change depending on sea and weather conditions.
