Set within the resort gardens, the Pool Villa offers 80 sqm of indoor and outdoor space with a garden view, private terrace and its own 3 × 2m swimming pool. It suits couples or travellers who want privacy, garden surroundings and their own swimming pool.
At 100 sqm, the Deluxe Pool Villa is the largest of the three villa categories. Its main draw is the outdoor space, with a large private terrace and a 4 × 8m swimming pool. The bigger pool makes this a strong option for guests who expect to spend more of their holiday relaxing around their own villa.
For the closest position to the sea, the Beachfront Pool Villa sits just steps from the beach and looks out over the ocean. Each 80 sqm villa comes with a private terrace, sundeck and 3 × 2m swimming pool, making it well suited to couples who want the beach to be a bigger part of their stay.
SunRay Social & Swim Club sits beside the pool and beachfront, combining casual dining, drinks and time by the water. The menu covers Thai and international food, including seafood, grilled dishes, pasta, pizza, salads and burgers, so it works well for anything from an easy lunch to dinner later in the day.
SAii Spa offers massages, facials and body treatments, with several therapies created specifically around Thai techniques and local ingredients. The spa follows SAii's Live Well philosophy, centred around eating, sleeping, fitness, wellbeing and exploring well. Signature choices include SAii Signature Touch and SAii Harmony Essence, alongside traditional Thai massage, Deep Restore, Vital Balance, Gentle Calm, body scrubs, wraps and facial treatments.
The resort has a private beach beside Hanuman Bay, giving guests easy access to the shore throughout their stay. It is one of the simplest places to slow the pace, with the beach also acting as the starting point for several of the resort’s water activities.
Guests can explore Hanuman Bay using complimentary kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. These activities are easy to fit around a day at the resort and suit travellers who want to spend more time on the water without booking a separate excursion.
The resort’s volcanic-stone swimming pools look out towards the ocean and give guests another place to swim away from their private villa pool. They are a practical option for a change of setting during the day.
The gym has a treadmill, exercise bike and weights for cardio and strength workouts. It is useful for guests who want to keep up a simple exercise routine during their holiday.
Yoga sessions take place on the seafront deck, with group classes scheduled twice a week. Monday sessions run from 08.30–09.30 hrs, while Saturday classes take place from 16.00–17.00 hrs.
Thai Cooking Classes give guests the chance to prepare three Thai dishes with guidance from a chef. The hands-on format makes this a useful choice for travellers who want to learn something practical about Thai food during their stay.
Guests can walk through the resort’s tropical gardens beneath mature trees, making this one of the quieter activities available on the property.
The hotel highlights several places to explore beyond Hanuman Bay, including Wat Plai Laem, Big Buddha Temple, Na Muang Waterfalls, Fisherman’s Village, Hin Ta & Hin Yai and Central Samui Mall.
The resort’s local guide also highlights Samui Elephant Home near Na Muang Waterfalls. The experience focuses on learning about elephant care and conservation as part of a day exploring the island.
SAii Koh Samui Villas offers beachfront, poolside and garden settings for small weddings and private ceremonies. The resort’s wedding collection includes SAii I DO, Thai Traditional Ceremony, Western Wedding and Intimate Celebration.

The Thai Traditional Ceremony includes a traditional long drum procession, a Thai-style water ceremony and a blessing by three monks. Couples can choose a beach, poolside or garden venue, with ceremonial set-up for up to 30 guests.
The Western Wedding includes an English-speaking celebrant, a choice of floral themes and ceremonial set-up for up to 30 guests. Couples can choose a beach, poolside or garden venue.
Intimate Celebration is the smallest wedding option in the collection, with ceremonial set-up for up to eight guests. Couples can choose a beach, poolside or garden setting and have support from a personal wedding planner.
SAii Koh Samui Villas can host group gatherings, meetings and private celebrations across beachfront, garden, poolside and function spaces. The resort can also arrange themed events, beach team activities, CSR activities and island experiences.
