The Resort View Room looks over the hotel’s greenery and is located across the first four floors. It suits couples or parents travelling with an infant who prefer a greener resort outlook to a sea view.
It is available on lower and higher floors, with a private balcony overlooking the water. Warm wood tones and white finishes give the room a simple, modern beach-hotel feel.
The Deluxe Sea View Room offers more space and a larger outdoor area than the standard Sea View Room. Its private terrace comes with sun loungers and an umbrella, giving guests a comfortable place to sit outside during the day.
Cabana Rooms are positioned on the ground floor and open onto a private terrace with sun loungers. Direct access to the pool and nearby Splash Park is particularly useful for families expecting to spend much of the day around the water.
Two Sea View Connecting Family Rooms provide two linked bedrooms within a combined 64 sqm layout. Parents and children can have separate sleeping areas while remaining connected through an internal door.
Located on the fifth floor, the Resort View Junior Suite gives families separate spaces for sleeping and relaxing. The 64 sqm layout includes a king bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed.
The Sea View Premium One Bedroom Suite is the hotel’s largest accommodation category. A private foyer leads into a large bedroom and separate living room, giving families more room to spend time together without using the bedroom as the main seating area.
Set on the fourth and fifth floors, the Sea View One Bedroom Suite overlooks the Arabian Gulf and works well for parents who want a separate living area. The 64 sqm layout includes a bedroom, living room with a sofa bed and a private balcony.
Signature Lounge is reserved for guests staying in eligible One Bedroom Suites. It provides dedicated lounge check-in, checkout and concierge services, along with refreshments throughout the day.
Sette is the hotel’s Italian restaurant and lounge, arranged across two levels on the seventh floor. It overlooks JA The Resort and Palm Jebel Ali, giving it a more polished evening setting than the hotel’s casual beach and pool venues.
Sunset Lounge is a relaxed lobby venue with sofas and views across the resort gardens and private marina. It serves light snacks, coffee and refreshing drinks throughout the day.
Ibn Majed is the hotel’s international all-day dining restaurant. The menu draws on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Chinese and wider international flavours, giving guests a broad choice in one place.
Captain’s Restaurant & Bar sits close to the shore and serves casual food throughout the afternoon and evening. The menu includes oven-baked pizzas, freshly made pasta and drinks.
In-room dining is available 24 hours a day across the hotel’s rooms and suites. It gives guests the option to dine privately in their room at any time.
JA Beach Hotel sits beside JA The Resort’s 800-metre private beach. The shoreline provides space for time by the sea and access to the resort’s water-based activities.
JA Beach Hotel has three temperature-controlled swimming pools, including a dedicated children’s pool. Guests can swim or spend time beside the water, while younger children have a pool designed for them.
Just Splash is the hotel’s water-play area for children. Those taller than 100cm can use the water slides, aqua tubes, racer slides and large soaker bucket.
Pirates & Mermaids Kids Club provides supervised activities for children aged four to 12. The club covers two floors and runs themed games and creative activities in a dedicated children’s setting.
The Wildlife Discovery Zone & Aviary is a protected area at JA Beach Hotel where guests can learn about native wildlife and rescued birds. Animals cared for by the team include gazelles, falcons, owls, tortoises and rabbits.
The resort’s watersports centre offers motorised and non-motorised activities for different experience levels. Quieter options include kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing and windsurfing.
PADI-certified scuba-diving lessons are available to guests staying at JA Beach Hotel. Courses are offered for beginners and experienced divers.
Swim with Horses takes place in the calm waters of the hotel’s private beach. Children can gently ride or wade beside trained horses under the guidance of the equestrian team.
The Equestrian Center forms part of JA Sports & Shooting Club and offers horse-related activities for different ages and experience levels. Guests can arrange riding sessions, pony activities and the Swim with Horses experience.
The resort has a nine-hole mini golf course with obstacles and turns designed for casual play. It does not require previous golfing experience and works well as a short activity between time at the beach and pool.
Jebel Ali Golf Course is a nine-hole, par-35 course within JA The Resort. Designed by Peter Harradine, the 50-acre course is laid out around saltwater lakes and resort greenery.
JA Sports & Shooting Club has four floodlit tennis courts and two padel courts. Guests can book a court for social play or arrange private and group lessons with a certified ATP professional.
JA Shooting Club provides Olympic-standard outdoor clay ranges and a 25-metre indoor pistol range. Activities include Olympic Trap, Olympic Skeet, Compak Sporting and the beginner-friendly Down the Line format.
Calm Spa is located at JA Palm Tree Court within JA The Resort. Its treatment menu includes massages, body treatments, Moroccan hammam rituals, Elemis and Sodashi facials, beauty treatments and IV Vitamin Drip Therapy.
JA Beach Hotel accommodation includes access to fitness facilities within the resort. This gives guests an indoor option for independent exercise during their stay.
Al Wasl Ballroom is an indoor venue at JA Beach Hotel for weddings, conferences, gala dinners and private celebrations. It can accommodate up to 460 guests.
Palmito Garden is an outdoor event space beside the beach at JA Beach Hotel. It can accommodate up to 2,500 guests for weddings, receptions and large private events.
