Welcome to Chile! Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Surrounded by the Andes Mountains, Santiago combines historical landmarks, modern architecture, and lively neighbourhoods. As Chile’s capital, it offers an excellent introduction to the country’s culture, history and daily life.

Later, enjoy a half-day city tour of Santiago. Discover the city’s historic centre, including Plaza de Armas, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and Santa Lucia Hill. Continue through the colourful Bellavista district before heading to San Cristobal Hill for sweeping views across the city and the Andes. The tour also passes through Santiago’s modern residential and commercial districts before returning to your hotel.

Begin with a visit to the Petrohue Waterfalls, where glacial water flows through volcanic rock formations within Vicente Perez Rosales National Park. Continue to Todos los Santos Lake and board a boat for a scenic cruise across its emerald-green waters, surrounded by the views of the Osorno, Puntiagudo, and Tronador volcanoes.

Arrive in Peulla, a small village nestled deep within the Andes and known for its peaceful natural setting. Here, you will have free time to explore or join activities such as horse riding, canopy tours and 4x4 excursions. Later, return to Puerto Varas for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a day at leisure. You may wish to spend time exploring the lakeside town, strolling along the waterfront, or simply relaxing while taking in the views of Lake Llanquihue and the surrounding volcanoes.

Alternatively, a section of optional excursions is available. Situated on the shores of the Strait of Magellan, Punta Arenas has long been an important maritime hub connecting South America with some of the world’s most remote regions. The city’s history reflects the influence of European settlers, whose legacy can still be seen in its grand mansions, historic buildings, and lively central squares. On clear days, views stretch across the strait towards the distant landscapes of Tierra del Fuego.

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax or begin exploring the city at your own pace.

Later, transfer to the bus station and board a shared public bus to Puerto Natales. The journey passes through the vast Patagonian steppe, where open grasslands, distant mountains and traditional sheep estancias define the landscape.
