Arrive in Cape Town, South Africa's stunning coastal city set between Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. Your private driver will meet you at Cape Town International Airport and transfer you to your centrally located hotel. After breakfast, enjoy a half-day Cape Town City Orientation Tour covering the city’s most iconic landmarks and historic neighbourhoods. Drive through the city centre, passing the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall, Grand Parade, St. George’s Cathedral, Company’s Garden and the colourful Bo-Kaap, known for its distinctive houses and Cape Malay heritage. Begin the day with a private transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your onward flight to Johannesburg. The flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg is included. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, meet for your private transfers and travel towards Pilanesberg National Park, approximately two and a half hours away, depending on traffic and road conditions.
Set within an ancient volcanic crater, Pilanesberg is home to an impressive variety of African wildlife, including elephant, lion, leopard, rhino and buffalo. Continue to Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge, where you can check in and settle into the reserve's tranquil surroundings.
