Singapore Airlines operates direct flights to Singapore from three UK airports, giving travellers a choice of departures from London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester.
Four daily flights depart from Terminal 2, with check-in at Zone A. Eligible passengers can use the SilverKris Lounge before departure.
Flights depart from the North Terminal. The airline operates 10 weekly services, increasing to twice daily from 3 July to 29 August 2026, and again from 25 October 2026. Eligible Business Class passengers, PPS Club members and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members can use the No1 Lounge.
Flights depart from Terminal 2. The service increased from five weekly flights to daily from 13 July 2026. Eligible Business Class passengers and PPS Club members can use the 1903 Lounge, while eligible Gold members can use the Escape Lounge.
Singapore Airlines operates a highly modern, mostly wide-body fleet. Cabin layouts vary depending on the aircraft type you fly.
Found exclusively on the double-decker Airbus A380-800. Features a standalone swivelling armchair with up to 135° recline, a separate fully flat bed and sliding privacy doors. Selected adjacent Suites can even combine to form a double bed.
Each Suite also features a 32-inch HD entertainment screen, a four-course menu designed by a chef from the International Culinary Panel, access to Book the Cook and a 50kg checked baggage allowance.
Available on the Boeing 777-300ER. Offers an extra-wide leather seat with a 68-inch pitch that converts directly into a large fully flat bed, complemented by high-end amenities.
First Class passengers can also enjoy a 24-inch HD entertainment screen, access to Book the Cook and a 50kg checked baggage allowance.
Available across the airline’s long-haul and regional network. Airbus A350 and A380, Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 787 aircraft feature 1-2-1 configurations with direct aisle access and fully flat beds. The narrow-body Boeing 737-8 also offers lie-flat seating on regional flights.
Seat pitch varies by aircraft, from 44 inches on the Boeing 737-8, Boeing 787 and medium-haul Airbus A350 to 50 inches on the Airbus A380 and 51 inches on the Boeing 777-300ER.
Personal HD screens measure 16 inches on the Boeing 737-8, 17 inches on the medium-haul Airbus A350, and 18 inches on the Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787 and Airbus A380. Business Class also includes access to Book the Cook and a 40kg checked baggage allowance.
Available on selected long-haul routes. Features a dedicated 2-4-2 cabin layout, wider leather seats, calf rests, a generous 38-inch seat pitch and up to eight inches of recline.
Passengers also receive a 13.3-inch HD entertainment screen, upgraded dining, a 35kg checked baggage allowance, priority check-in and priority boarding. Book the Cook is available on eligible Premium Economy flights departing from London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester.
Configured with adjustable headrests, personal touchscreen entertainment and ergonomically designed seating. Seat pitch and screen size vary depending on the aircraft.
The Boeing 737-8 offers a 30-inch seat pitch and a 10-inch HD screen. Medium-haul Airbus A350 aircraft provide a 31-inch seat pitch and a 16-inch HD screen. The Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A380 offer a 32-inch seat pitch with an 11-inch screen, while the Boeing 787 combines a 32-inch pitch with a 16-inch HD screen.
Complimentary meals and refreshments are included. Checked baggage allowances range from 25kg to 30kg, depending on the fare type and itinerary.
Cabin products, seat layouts and baggage allowances may vary by aircraft, route, fare type and final destination.
Singapore Airlines’ menus are created in collaboration with leading chefs from around the world. Its culinary experts include Sanjeev Kapoor, Yoshihiro Murata, Zhu Jun, Heiko Nieder, Monica Galetti and Sid Sahrawat.
Their menus bring Indian, Japanese, Chinese, British, European and New Zealand influences into the onboard dining experience. A panel of Wine Experts also selects wines to complement the dishes served in each cabin.
Special meals are available for passengers with religious or medical requirements. These should usually be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
Passengers travelling in Suites, First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy can choose their preferred main course before eligible flights through Book the Cook.
The service is available on flights lasting more than 1.5 hours and applies to most meal services, excluding Continental Breakfast and Refreshment services.
Book the Cook selections should be made at least 24 hours before the flight. Availability and dish choices vary according to the route, cabin and individual service.
Singapore Airlines has partnered with renowned chef and television presenter Monica Galetti since April 2024.
Her seasonal menus celebrate British produce while drawing inspiration from her South Pacific heritage. They are exclusively available on Singapore Airlines flights departing from the UK.
Suites and First Class passengers can enjoy a four-course menu, while Business Class passengers receive a three-course menu. Selected Premium Economy and Economy flights from the UK also feature her Salted Caramel and Honeycomb dessert collection.

Passengers departing from Singapore can carry an additional 6kg of cabin baggage for breast milk, infant food and other baby essentials.

KrisFlyer is the frequent-flyer programme for Singapore Airlines and Scoot.

Singapore Airlines’ alliance with Virgin Australia provides codeshare connectivity to more than 30 destinations across the Virgin Australia domestic network. This makes it easier to connect from Singapore Airlines’ international services to cities, islands and regional destinations throughout Australia on an eligible through-booking.
Singapore Airlines’ partnership with Air New Zealand provides connections to 20 destinations across New Zealand. Together, the two Star Alliance airlines offer a convenient way to connect from international flights to Air New Zealand’s domestic network, which operates more than 400 domestic flights each day.
Singapore Airlines’ partnership with Loganair makes it easier for passengers from selected regional UK airports to connect with long-haul services. Travellers can connect to Manchester Airport from Aberdeen, Inverness and the Isle of Man. Passengers from the Isle of Man can also connect through London Heathrow.
Eligible Loganair and Singapore Airlines flights can be arranged as one booking, reducing the need to organise separate tickets for each part of the trip.
