Indian spices are the stuff of legends with incredible creations, sweet and savoury, baked and fried, roasted and grilled on open flames. The spice market of Khari Baoli is the largest in the region and has been operational since the Mughal era. Enter into this world of heady flavours and exotic aromas as you browse through the mounds of spices on display at shops which are still run by the ninth and tenth generation merchants. Finish off your visit with a vast variety of treats of kebabs and parathas, kulfis and firni, puri and bhaaji, kachodi, bhalla and papdi. Overnight stay at the hotel.
