Admire the northern lights & the twinkling of the bright starry sky in one of our Glass Igloos-either with a group of friends, of snuggled up romantically with your loved one. the two-person igloos include a toilet and the option of an extra bed. saunas and showers are available in separate buildings. The four person igloos include their own toilet and shower. The Glass igloos are available to book all through the Northern light season, beginning from 24th august until the end of April.

Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort Igloo Finland offers a unique variety of accommodation for the best holiday experience: glass igloos, kelo glass igloos, log chalets, snow igloos, suites and traditional houses. The front-desk service at the property is also very good, handling any of your needs very professionally and quickly.
Spend as much time at the saunas (pick & drop service available) and enjoy a truly rejuvenating experience. Two restaurants are available to serve you the best: West Village Aurora Restaurant (with a glass igloo bar) and traditional Kelo Restaurant in the East Village. Have splendid local Lappish cuisine here. Also, it is recommended to carry some snacks with you for your room.
Not just for the Northern Lights, the place is known for various excursions and trails at different times of the year - for instance, there's ice-skating during the winter season, in autumn, you can do mountain biking and just chase the northern lights, and for the summer, you can do horse and husky safaris. You can find a nice gift shop at the property selling souvenirs and handicrafts that you can take back home.
