You'll explore the Zambezi River by boat on a sunrise or sunset cruise, observing as flocks of birds skim the waterline to collect insects, bloats of hippos wallow in the cool water, and elephants come to drink along the riverbanks. In the evening, you'll experience a Sampan Dinner at Sindabezi Island Camp; watch the beautiful sunset as you wine and dine on the Zambezi River, with each meal paddled out to you by attentive waiters.

Liuwa Plain National Park is renowned for being the venue of Africa's second largest wildebeest migration, as well as the home to the famous Lady Liuwa lion pride, over 300 species of bird and a growing cheetah population. You'll head across the expansive floodplains and grasslands of Liuwa Plain National Park on a game drive to sight some of the remarkable animals who reside here, including zebras, hippos, and hyenas. You'll also embark on a canoeing safari across the floodplains during the wet season to encounter both the fascinating creatures that dwell in the water, as well as those that visit to bathe and drink.

One of Africa's best kept secrets, Lake Malawi is the perfect destination for those looking to head off the beaten track and experience a secluded beach getaway. Known for its remarkably clear water, Lake Malawi National Park has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is ideal for watersports. During your stay at Kaya Mawa, you'll enjoy snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and sailing, having the chance to explore the various islands of Lake Malawi, as well as the secret coves and beaches of Likoma.
